A traditional dish that she learned from her mom and made into her own. Tamago Gohan is originating from Japan with its unique flavors bring light and easy to eat. Having eaten it growing up it holds sentimental value for her. Being one of the first dishes she learned to make at a young age to be able to prepare food herself. Whenever it was made it strengthen their family bonds sharing the table as they made it to eat for dinner. Food is not just something to eat but something to connect with others like she did with her cultural and family.
